| To ensure we make the best use of our resources GCHA has completed a stock condition survey. This tells us when the structural elements of the building need to be renewed and also when bathrooms and kitchens need replacing. We also aim to survey every GCHA property over the next five years and you may be asked to provide access for our survey so that we can keep our property information up to date. We plan the work to be carried out over a number of years and will fully consult with tenants both before the work starts and once it is underway. Tenants are given choices in the type of kitchen and bathroom finishes they want and the opportunity to pay for upgrades if desired.
