Our staff

The Association is managed by our Interim Chief Executive, Andrew Taylor, who is supported by 9 members of staff. We are governed by a Board of directors who are responsible for the strategy and ultimately the operational performance of the association.   • Andrew Taylor, Interim Chief Executive

    Andrew is an experienced chief executive, who now runs his own company offering interim management and consultancy. He is a qualified accountant and has held senior leadership positions in a variety of housing associations, ALMOs and local authorities for over 25 years. He specialises in strategic review, transformation, as well as performance and governance improvement. Andrew also has a portfolio of non-executive roles, including chairing the audit committee of a housing association providing supported accommodation.

  • Aidan Cox, Finance Director

    A CIMA qualified accountant with eighteen years finance experience. Aidan has worked for both commercial and charitable entities within the motor racing, construction, house building, social care and leisure centre sectors for organisations of a variety of sizes. Aidan has grown up in the local area and has been with GCHA for over four years.

  • Steve Fox, Operations Director

    Steve has worked at GCHA since 1999. Starting as a Technical Officer, Steve has developed his career since then, working at senior management level since 2006. Steve is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and has worked hard to develop and improve processes, ensuring that GCHA are amongst the best performers in the sector. Steve is a member of the chartered institute of housing.

  • Kav Toor, Customer Services Manager

    Kav has been in housing for over 20 years starting in the private sector housing asylum seekers in the 90s and early 2000s for Kent County Council. Kav has also worked for a number of large social housing providers in general needs and sheltered housing and in addition she is a member of the charted institute of housing. Kav joined GCHA in 2009. She speaks Hindi, Punjabi, Urdu and English.

  • Felicity Dunmall, Customer Services Manager

    Felicity has been working in housing for over 10 years. She started as a community neighbourhood warden and then moved into housing management. Felicity is a member of the chartered institute of housing whose specialist area is anti-social behaviour and domestic abuse. Felicity is also a fully trained mediator and is able to independently mediate disputes.

  • Harry Lart, Management Accountant

    Harry is part of the finance team working as the Management Accountant. Harry joined GCHA in 2012 and is AAT qualified and is currently studying towards his full CIMA qualification.

  • Keely Henderson, Admin Manager and PA

    Keely joined GCHA in 2015. Keely previously worked in the Banking industry and brings with her a wealth of experience in streamlining processes / procedures as well as managing day to day office administration including the maintenance service. Keely is studying to become a member of the institute of chartered secretaries.

  • Lisa Doyle, Admin Assistant

    Lisa has worked for GCHA since 2007 mainly as a finance assistant but more recently as a general admin assistant providing administrational support to the company as a whole.

  • Emily Weller, Admin Assistant

    Emily has been working as an administrator for over 5 years now and joined the team at GCHA in 2016. Her main focusses are dealing with any maintenance and housing issues that tenants may have. Emily is currently attempting to further enhance her skills by taking a customer services level 2 diploma.

  • Lucinda Pedley, Admin Assistant

    Lucinda joined GCHA in September 2017 having decided to moved back into an office administration role following a period of working as a teaching assistant in a local school. Lucinda provides administrational support to the company.
