We’re testing the use of SMS alerts for all residents, to notify them of events including;
- Maintenance and repairs
- Security and safety
- Utilities and services
- Community events
- Rent and fee reminders
- Policy updates
- Important notices on any urgent or critical matters that require immediate attention from residents such as water leaks, structural issues or health and safety concerns
- Community announcements
- Feedback and surveys
- Emergency alerts
This service will not cost our residents anything, however, we will be unable to receive messages in reply, and these will be for notification purposes only.
