The Association is managed by our Interim Chief Executive, Andrew Taylor, who is supported by 9 members of staff. We are governed by a Board of directors who are responsible for the strategy and ultimately the operational performance of the association. There are currently 8 members of the Board who meet 6 times a year.
Steve has a proven track record of leading housing organisations at executive level. He also has also been a board member of a number of associations and trusts as well as chair of a medium sized association in Lincolnshire.
Emma is a Development Consultant currently working with the Rochester Riverside Project for the Hyde Group. Emma joined the board in April 2009 after a recruitment to boost the board’s understanding of developing new homes. She is an experienced senior development manager with a proven track record of delivery.
Ronak is a qualified (CIMA) accountant who runs his own financial consultancy business and is also a director on two other companies. Ronak was recruited to the board in 2014 after a drive to increase finance skills on the board.
Anne worked for over 25 years with both charitable organisations and housing associations ending up as Head of Operations for a young person’s housing and support charity. Anne was appointed to the board in 2011.
Chris has many years’ experience in running his own business and has developed skills in Customer Service, Administration, Marketing and Business Development. Chris set-up CAS Training Solutions CIC to offer support for clients to overcome barriers to learning and employment. Chris was appointed as a tenant board member in 2014.
Surinjeet has over 25 years’ experience of managing social housing, latterly at MHS as a senior manager. Surin joined the board in 2012.
A qualified CIMA accountant and Chartered Company Secretary, Monika has been employed in senior finance posts in the private sector since 2006. Monika also has a broad range of non-executive roles in organisations outside of her working environment.
Heather is currently Director of HR and Transformation at London Borough of Tower Hamlets with a history of executive level HR posts in both the public and private sector.
