Update on Our Repairs and Maintenance Service

GCHA and CPA Property Services have been working in partnership since April 2023 to deliver our repairs and maintenance service. Following recent discussions, we have mutually agreed to end this partnership on 31 October 2025.
Until that date, CPA will complete any repairs currently with them. We are working closely with CPA to ensure a smooth process and minimal disruption for our residents.
In the meantime, we are partnering with interim contractors to continue delivering responsive and planned maintenance services. This gives us the opportunity to carry out a full procurement tender process over the next 12 months, helping us improve how we deliver repairs and ensure the highest standards for safe, warm homes.
We will continue to keep residents updated as this transition progresses and thank you for your patience and support during this important change.
