Office closure and emergency contacts

The office closes this Friday, 22nd December, from 5 pm and will reopen on Tuesday, 2nd January 2024.

During the Christmas period, we will be operating an Out of Hours emergency services-only program.  Residents are still to contact the office number, and they will be directed to the OOH team, Careium, who will liaise with GCHA staff and our main contractors during this period.

Should you have an emergency over the period, please use this service to obtain assistance.

Emergency calls are those related to:

  • Gas leaks
  • Burst pipes and tanks
  • Loss of electrical power
  • Loss of water supply
  • Broken or blocked WCs
  • Fires
  • Break-in
  • Lightning, flood or storm damage
  • Structural problems
  • Other health and safety risks that may place you or others at risk

Contractors will visit within two hours, to fix the first time or make it safe within four hours of arrival at the property.
