Join us for our annual resident event

The next GCHA Residents Engagement Lunch Event takes place on Friday 23rd February 2024 between 12:00pm and 2:00pm, and we’re excited to have another opportunity to meet our residents to discuss the key topics impacting them.

The session is an opportunity for residents to meet some of our Board Members, GCHA management and to socialise with others from the wider GCHA community, including some key contractors and staff.

Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided from 12:00 pm, and we’ll look to cover a great deal of topics:

• CEO welcome and update on strategic plans, plus introductions to new staff members
• Discussion of our latest Tenant Satisfaction Results
• Introduction to our Resident Scrutiny Panel (by the panel themselves!)
• An update to housing and compliance
• Q&A session
• Lunch/meet & greet with our contractors
• Free draw for vouchers and hamper.

The event is free to attend for all current residents, and will be hosted in The Kent Room, Gravesend Civic Centre, Woodville Place, Gravesend, DA12 1DD.  The room is accessible via the lift for residents with access needs, and more information can be found here: www.woodville.co.uk/your-visit/access-and-facilities.
