Our staff

The Association is managed by our Chief Executive, Joe Scullion, who is supported by 11 members of staff and 1 apprentice. We are governed by a Board of Directors who are responsible for the strategy and ultimately the operational performance of the Association. There are currently 7 members of the Board who meet 6 times a year.

  • Joe Scullion, Chief Executive

    Joe is a housing professional who has worked in the sector for over 30 years for a number of local authorities and housing associations in a variety of roles including housing management, development and homeless services. His most recent post was as Chief Executive of a specialist housing association and care company. He also sat on the board of three housing associations including as chair of MHS Homes in Medway. Joe is a Chartered Director and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

  • Aidan Cox, Finance Director

    A CIMA qualified accountant with over 20 years finance experience. Aidan has worked for both commercial and charitable entities within the motor racing, construction, house building, social care and leisure centre sectors for organisations of a variety of sizes. Aidan has grown up in the local area and has been with GCHA since 2012.

  • Steve Fox, Operations Director

    This year Steve is celebrating 20 years at GCHA! Starting as a Technical Officer, Steve has developed his career since then, working at senior management level since 2006. Steve is passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience and has worked hard to develop and improve processes, ensuring that GCHA are amongst the best performers in the sector. Steve is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

  • Felicity Dunmall, Housing Services Manager

    Felicity has been working in housing for over 10 years. She started as a community neighbourhood warden and then moved into housing management. Felicity is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing whose specialist area is anti-social behaviour and domestic abuse. Felicity is also a fully trained mediator and GCHA's first qualified mental health first aider.

  • Emily Weller, Office and Governance Manager

    Emily has worked as an administrator for over 7 years and joined GCHA in 2016 as part of the admin team. She has now taken on the role of Office and Governance Manager and is responsible for supporting the Chief Executive, Board and Management team and ensuring that the Association meets all areas of Governance and Compliance. Emily completed her CIH Level 3 qualification in early 2019 and continues to be a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing.

  • Harry Lart, Management Accountant

    Harry is part of the finance team working as the Management Accountant. Harry joined GCHA in 2012 and is AAT qualified and is currently studying towards his full CIMA qualification.

  • Lucinda Pedley, Housing Officer

    Lucinda joined GCHA in September 2017 as an administrator and after two years with the Association she has now taken on the role of Housing Officer. Lucinda is also working towards her CIH Level 3 qualification in Housing Practice which she will complete in August 2019.

  • Stuart White, Estate Services Officer

    Stuart has had a long career in a customer focused environment. He enjoys working on the front line delivering an excellent service to clients. Stuart is going to use the skills he has gained in his previous employment to improve health and safety on our estates and enhance GCHA’s vision.

  • Lisa Doyle, Admin Assistant

    Lisa has worked for GCHA since 2007 mainly as a finance assistant but more recently as a general admin assistant providing administrational support to the company as a whole.

  • Maria Palmer, Admin Assistant

    Ria joined GCHA in July 2018 after completing an apprenticeship at Peabody Housing Association whereby she gained a wealth of experience across all housing matters. Ria is part of the admin team but champions maintenance for the Association.

  • Ann Chapman, Admin Assistant

    Ann joined GCHA in 2019 as part of the administration team. She predominantly works alongside the finance team but also champions some of the health and safety processes for the Association.
