At GCHA, we're dedicated to providing safe, comfortable homes and delivering excellent service
To help us improve and make sure we’re meeting your needs, we use Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) a set of standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing.
These measures help us monitor and improve in key areas, including:
- Customer Service Standards
- Safety and security in your home
- Satisfaction with your home
- Repairs and maintenance quality
As in 2023/24, we’re working with Acuity to run our satisfaction survey.
Based on your contact preferences, you may be invited to take part by phone, email or post.

- Telephone survey
Surveys will start to be conducted in September.
