Housing and Estates Manager
Davinder Bal is the Housing and Estates Manager at Gravesend Churches Housing Association (GCHA). He oversees key housing services, including tenancy management, anti-social behaviour, resident engagement, rent arrears, and complaints, helping to ensure residents receive a responsive and high-quality service.
With over 20 years’ experience in housing, Davinder has worked with a range of local authorities and housing associations across London, Surrey, and Kent, including Clarion, Peabody, L&Q, Epping Forest District Council and Gravesham Borough Council. He brings a strong focus on working collaboratively with colleagues, partners, and external agencies, and is committed to putting residents at the heart of service delivery.
Away from work, Davinder enjoys keeping active, going to the gym, playing football and spending time with family and friends.
