Join GCHA’s Resident Engagement Group!
Formerly known as the Resident Scrutiny Panel, the group has been relaunched as the Resident Engagement Group following the departure of long-standing Chair Pat Saxby. We at GCHA and the resident panel members would like to thank Pat Saxby for her dedication, time and commitment to the Resident Scrutiny Panel and her efforts to help improve customer services.
GCHA met with existing members to reflect on the group’s role and responsibilities, and to revamp its structure for the future.
The Resident Engagement Group is a valuable forum where residents can hold GCHA accountable, influence service improvements, and build stronger relationships with their landlord. It’s also a key communication link between residents and GCHA’s leadership.
What does the Resident Engagement Group do?
The group will work with GCHA to review services and policies, bringing fresh insight from a resident perspective. The group represents the views of people living across GCHA’s housing stock and helps shape how services are delivered.
We’re now looking for new members to join and help make a meaningful difference.
