Housing and H&S Manager
Adam Knight is the Housing and Estates Manager at GCHA, overseeing the management of our housing and estate services teams.
With over 20 years of experience in housing, Adam has worked in roles from Caretaker to Head of Housing, giving him a strong understanding of delivering quality services to residents. He manages ASB and arrears cases, monitors the performance of Estate Services Officers, and investigates any complaints about the services his teams provide.
Adam enjoys getting out on our estates, meeting residents, and resolving issues quickly. Outside work, he is dedicated to his family and his boys’ sports, coaching his youngest son’s football team and supporting his eldest at rugby matches.
