Jai Mandair
Customer Resolution Officer
Jai is a member of the Maintenance Repairs team at Gravesend Churches Housing Association (GCHA), specialising in damp and mould cases. Since joining GCHA four months ago, he has enjoyed learning more about the role and working alongside the team to help improve residents’ homes and living conditions.
Before joining GCHA, Jai worked for Royal Mail and held a range of retail roles, including positions at Morrisons and Primark. This is his first office-based role, and he looks forward to continuing to develop his skills while supporting GCHA in delivering a high standard of service.
Outside of work, Jai enjoys going to the gym and watching football.
