James Martin is the Property Services Manager at GCHA, responsible for overseeing our responsive repairs service and the delivery of planned and cyclical maintenance works.

With extensive experience in roles ranging from general builder to contracts manager, James ensures repairs are completed efficiently, residents are kept informed, and contractors meet performance, safety, and compliance standards. He also manages repair budgets, approves quotes, and maintains strong working relationships with residents, CROs, and suppliers.

Outside of work, James enjoys spending time with his family, watching football and snooker, going to the cinema, and attending live events.
