Leanne Donald-Whitney is Director of Operations at GCHA, leading the delivery of housing, tenancy, and support services.
With over 20 years’ experience in the housing sector, Leanne is a Chartered Member of the CIH and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Housing Studies. Her career includes senior roles at Clarion Housing, Circle Housing and Peabody Trust where she specialised in housing operations, customer service, community safety and resident engagement. Leanne is committed to creating safe, supportive communities and ensuring residents have a strong voice in shaping services. Outside of work, Leanne enjoys travelling, live music, improving health/wellbeing and spending time with her family.
