Morenike Ajayi MBE is currently the Director of Corporate Services for GCHA, where she oversees Finance, IT, HR, and other corporate functions.
Morenike is a qualified CIPFA accountant with over 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles, holds an MBA and is a CIPFA Fellow. Morenike has held several notable roles, including positions at Transport for London, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and within the housing and Local Authority sectors. She is also the Chair of Audit and Risk at London Youth and the founder of Career Nuggets, a social enterprise dedicated to supporting career development within the Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) community. Her dedication to race equality and inclusion was recognized in 2022 when she was awarded an MBE for her services in this area. Outside of work, Morenike enjoys travelling, mentoring, speaking at events, and spending quality time with her family.
