Repairs & Maintenance Contractor – further update!

We’d like to let residents know about an upcoming change to our interim repairs and maintenance contractor.

Our current interim contractor partnership with Purdys will end at the end of March / early April, following their decision to conclude the contract as it is no longer commercially viable.

While we already work with 4Tradesman Ltd, from April 2026, we will work with 4Tradesman on an interim basis to continue delivering repairs and maintenance services while we undertake a full retender of our long-term repairs and maintenance contract.

During this time, we will also be bringing additional contractors on board to support us and ensure we can continue to respond to repair requests as effectively as possible.

There is no change to how residents report repairs, and services will continue as normal during this transition.
