GCHA has appointed Purdy’s as our interim Repairs & Maintenance contractor for the next 12 months. This arrangement allows us time to re-procure a new long-term Repairs & Maintenance contractor.
Alongside Purdy’s, we continue to work with other contractors, including 4 Tradesman, to help ensure repairs are completed as efficiently as possible.

What Happens When You Report a Repair

When you report a repair to GCHA, the details are sent directly to Purdy’s.

Once they receive the repair information, Purdy’s will contact you within 48 hours to arrange the next steps.
