The importance of granting contractors access

From time to time, we need to carry out repairs, inspections and important safety checks in your home. These appointments help us ensure your home remains safe, compliant and in good condition.

Providing access allows us to:

• Complete repairs quickly and efficiently
• Carry out essential safety checks (such as gas and fire safety)
• Prevent small issues from becoming bigger problems

If our contractors are unable to gain access:

• Repairs and safety checks may be delayed
• Follow-up appointments will be required
• Additional costs may be incurred

In some cases, missed appointments may be recharged in line with our Recharge Policy.
