Update on Our Repairs and Maintenance Service

We have some important news to share with you.

GCHA and CPA Property Services have been working in partnership since April 2023 to deliver our repairs and maintenance service. Following recent discussions, we have mutually agreed to end our partnership.

We have partnered with interim contractors to continue delivering responsive and planned maintenance services. This gives us the opportunity to carry out a full procurement tender process over the next 12 months, helping us improve how we deliver repairs and ensure the highest standards for safe, warm homes.

We will continue to keep residents updated and thank you for your patience and support during this important change.
